At Tasman Bay Christian School, our uniform is an integral part of our school identity, designed to build a strong sense of pride, community, and belonging. We view student presentation as a meaningful partnership between home and school that prepares students for the future by teaching self-management and personal excellence. Agreement to abide by the Uniform Code is a condition of enrolment.
To support our families, our policy offers flexibility—you do not need to purchase every item listed, and plain, unbranded generic alternatives (in navy or black) are welcome for items like shorts, skorts, and track pants.
Key Uniform Highlights:
Daily Wear: Students wear our official blue TBCS logo polo or sports shirt, paired with navy or black shorts, skorts, or skirts, and fully black, polishable shoes or sturdy sandals.
Winter & Layering: Plain navy or black track pants are permitted. The official TBCS school jersey is compulsory during winter terms, and plain black or navy base layers may be worn underneath shirts for added warmth.
Sun Safety: The official TBCS logo navy bucket hat is compulsory during Terms 1 and 4. In line with our sun safety expectations, students without a hat will be restricted to shaded deck areas during breaks.
Grooming & Jewellery: Hair must remain a natural color and be tied back if it reaches the collar. Makeup, nail polish, and visible piercings or tattoos are not permitted. Jewellery is limited to one small, plain stud per ear (for girls) and a standard watch.
