NEW TRANSPORT RUN TERM 1 2019
One of our teachers, Craig Starrenburg, lives in Wakefield and will be driving a 13 seater van to and from school each day.
If you live in the Wakefield, Brightwater or Hope area and are interested in coming to our school, please get in touch with us to talk about reserving a space!
Rooms 1 & 3 were recently given the opportunity to go to the Suter Gallery and to learn how to sketch eels from a exhibition of glass eels and other objects molded out of glass. Before we went, we were given permission to visit the eels that congregate at Jester House and each student was given some food and a stick to feed from.
At the Suter, students learned how to shade and give depth to their drawings and were given an opportunity to draw an eel from the exhibition, shade it, and use water colour paints to complete it.
We loved it and are really thankful to the Suter Gallery, Jester House, and the parents who came with us to help us.
